Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
All returns (replacement/credit/refund) must be pre-approved by BCPi. The pre-approved RMA number must be marked and be clearly visible outside the shipping box and on the packing list. All items returned for credit/refund must be in original resalable packaging with all accessories. Both the serial numbers and quantity must match serial numbers and quantity on RMA record.
Each RMA number expires 15 days after it’s issuance. Non-defective returns or refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
BCPi is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by purchaser. BCPi is not responsible for the integrity of data on storage or drive products of returning serviced items.
Software, media and consumables are not returnable or refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging with all documentation and in 100% resalable condition.
RMA Procedures
1. Complete RMA request form. Click here for RMA form
2. Fill out completely and fax it along with supporting information if necessary to our RMA department to obtain an RMA number (RMA Fax number: 781-784-3394)

3. BCPi will fax or email and RMA back to the designated contact.
- If the item is out of warranty we can, upon your request, provide an out of warranty repair price.
RMA product must be received at our warehouse or the location specified within 15 days of issuance and must be properly packed. RMA product must be sent freight prepaid.
Repair or Replacement RMA items will be shipped back to Purchasers via UPS Ground only (US) and via expedited carrier of our choice (internationally).
Warranty:
We honor the manufacturer's warranties on all the products that we sell. The warranty period can vary from manufacturer. Please ask us if you need to know. Unless specified by BCPi or the manufacturer, all products are to be returned here for service. We offer extended and enhanced warranty options for many different manufacturers.
Warranty sticker, serial number, or component tampering, misuse or physical damage by purchaser voids all warranties. Repaired or replacement RMA items carry a warranty for only the remaining warranty from the date of original invoices. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
All functionally Dead-on Arrive (DOA) items must be reported to our RMA department within 7 days of receipt and will receive expedited processing for replacement.
Items defective within the 1st 30 days of purchase are often eligible for expedited replacement.
Defective items returned subsequently will be repaired or replaced by standard processing.
The manufacturers warranty limitations apply to all products sold by BCPi. BCPi reserves he right to replace items with those of equivalent specifications if the given product is no longer available.
